        Add the possibility to collect payment via "Stripe" et al as part of the 'successful' submission of the form. There may be 3rd party plug-ins that would ease this process?

        Giving the user of the form the opportunity to open extra fields to fill in if needed, would be nice. For instance, when ordering several products. This should be possible by the use of conditional fields.

        I agree - for courses and the amount of people attending to calculate the correct price

        Yes, all sorts of conditionals would be helpful. For instance, in a form to book seats for a lunch you would select how many guests and this would calculate to total cost and provide the right number of fields for names and dietary requirements. As Jeremy Bohn says, sending a form to a particular person/department according to how the contents of a field (e.g. subject) would also be very useful.

        Yes, for instance we have 2 offices so depending on which office is picked, the resulting form will go to a different email address.
