Encryption and better deliverability
Hosted mail server option would be great. Php mail scripts with hosting companies like Bluehost often have issues with reliability. We switched from formloom to wufoo forms to solve this. Forms can be exported to csv files. Designs are very limited with wufoo, but making sure forms are delivered is most important.

Unfortunately we cannot control deliverability when people use cheap hosting. We do plan to offer transaction based emails using Your own SeS or Mailgun accounts.
